My Story

ISSA-certified personal trainer in Moncton, NB — transforming lives through fitness, one client at a time.

My journey into fitness began in 2014, when wrestling and structured strength training first introduced me to the gym. What started as a way to improve athletic performance quickly became something much deeper. Training taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of consistent effort. It showed me that real transformation isn't instant — it's built over time, through commitment and daily action.

In 2015, I joined the military as an officer, where fitness became an essential part of leadership. By 2016, I was responsible for training and preparing others — helping them build strength, resilience, and confidence under pressure. It was during this time I discovered I loved helping others unlock their potential just as much as training myself.

After university, I pursued personal training professionally here in Moncton, earning my ISSA Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Strength & Conditioning credentials before coaching at GoodLife Fitness. I've worked with complete beginners and experienced lifters alike — guiding transformations from major weight loss to career fitness standards including military and RCMP testing.

Today I run Atom Fitness, offering in-person solo and team personal training across Moncton, Dieppe, and Riverview. My approach is habit-based and relationship-driven: we build sustainable routines, track progress consistently, and adjust quickly when results stall. Whether you're brand new to the gym or chasing your next performance goal, the aim is always measurable progress you can feel and a lifestyle that lasts.
